Entrance monuments, common-area landscaping, and lot redesigns that make the whole neighborhood look better.

Lawn Care & Seasonal Services

Overseed, fertilize, aerate, and maintain — plus sprinkler management and yard cutting on a schedule that works for you.

Our Story

A neighbor who decided to do something about it.

B-Ricks LLC was founded by Jamaica Barnette, a Bay Point resident who got tired of watching the neighborhood's curb appeal slip. What started as fixing a few mailboxes on the block turned into a full-service neighborhood improvement company.

Every project is personal. Jamaica lives here, knows these streets, and takes pride in the work — because it's his neighborhood too.

Neighbors Say

Jamaica built our mailbox in one afternoon and it looks like it's been there for years. Solid work, fair price.
